XS CAD Limited is a UK based CAD Services company based in Worcestershire. Our location allows us to benefit from easy access to the UK’s major cities by road, rail and air.

We serve a number of leading UK based M&E Contractors and M&E Consultants with our CAD drafting services – working as part of a team or as the sole CAD team as part of the CAD outsourcing structure being adopted by many of our customers.

Our strap line "Partnering the Built Environment" reflects exactly what we do. We work with our customers as integral partners of the supply chain ensuring that CAD coordination services and CAD modelling services are delivered on time and within budget.

Our core skill lies within the understanding of M&E and architectural projects. This allows us to deliver high quality 3D building models and coordinated drawing solutions that are efficient – not only in terms of cost but also for ease of installation and maintenance.

The XS CAD management team have been handling CAD outsourcing projects for the last 15 years - in the process developing one of the most successful M&E CAD Outsourcing models in the UK.
